FOHL Monthly Conservation Session
Saturday 11 May 2024
10:00 to 12:00
In these sessions, volunteers help to improve habitats for wildlife through practical conservation work, learn about the natural world that's on their doorstep, and to meet new people with a shared interest in Ham Lands.
The work includes things like cutting back brambles and other plants encroaching on open areas and paths and raking over areas mown by contractors. It is light work and no previous experience is necessary.
Please bring your own gardening gloves and wear appropriate clothing. You can bring your own tools if you wish or you can use some of ours.
Children are very welcome but need to be accompanied by an adult.
Please email us to let us know that you are coming or if you have any questions about these sessions.
