The purpose of the meeting is to review – and celebrate – HUG’s accomplishments in the past year as well as forecast some future activities.
 
Election of officers:
All four HUG officers are stepping down this year. We will need nominations and/or expressions of interest for those who are willing to fill the positions of Chairman, Vice-chair,Treasurer and Secretary.
 
Everyone is welcome to attend but only those who have signed official membership forms may vote (17 people). If you are not yet a member but would like to take an active role in HUG decisions, I'm attaching a membership form which you can fill in, sign and bring to the meetng. There will also be membership forms available at the meeting .
